These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of belease.be, published by MY DYNAMIC PRODUCTION SRL (Rue du Curé 18a, 4280 Moxhe, Belgium — company number/VAT BE0676680512). By using the site, you accept these Terms without reservation.
belease.be is an aggregator that lists publicly available car leasing and renting offers in Belgium. belease.be is neither a lessor nor a credit intermediary: the site only compares and displays offers published by third-party partners, then redirects the user to their site for any subscription.
Prices, availability and features of the offers shown come from partners and may change or differ from the final offer proposed by the partner. belease.be makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee it.
Some features (such as price alerts) require creating an account. Sign-in is passwordless, via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of access to your mailbox and for any activity carried out from your account.
Access to price alerts is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the feature, tied to the relevant user account. Payment is processed by Stripe; belease.be never stores banking data.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. By requesting immediate access to the feature, you expressly consent to its immediate provision and to the corresponding loss of your withdrawal right once access is activated.

The structure, design, text and belease.be brand are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Data about vehicles and offers belongs to their respective publishers.
belease.be contains links to leasing partners' sites. belease.be is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of these third-party sites. Any subscription to a leasing offer is concluded directly between you and the relevant partner, under their own terms and conditions.
belease.be makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and availability of the service, without any obligation of result. belease.be cannot be held liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability of the site, inaccuracies in the offers displayed, or the contractual relationship between you and a leasing partner.
Nothing in these Terms limits belease.be's liability for gross or intentional misconduct, to the extent prohibited by Belgian law.

belease.be may suspend or close, without notice, the access of a user who does not comply with these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to [email protected].
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Liège, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
