Processing of your data is based on: performance of the contract between you and belease.be (account management, alerts, payment); your consent for advertising cookies; our legitimate interest in aggregated traffic statistics; and compliance with legal obligations (accounting).

belease.be uses Rybbit, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not set an individual tracking cookie.

The site displays advertising via Google AdSense, which may set cookies and use advertising identifiers to personalize ads. Google acts as an independent controller for that data; its privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can manage advertising cookies at any time via your browser settings or Google's "Ad Settings" page.

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with the following providers, solely for the purposes of the service:

When you click on an offer, you are redirected to the relevant leasing partner's site: from that point on, that partner's privacy policy applies.

Account data is kept while your account is active, then deleted 3 years after your last activity. Billing data is kept for 7 years in accordance with Belgian accounting obligations. Traffic data is anonymized or aggregated.

Some of our providers (notably Google, for advertising) may transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on GDPR safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (passwordless login, HTTPS encryption, restricted server access) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
